These simple rosemary sweet potatoes are both easy to make and perfect for colder weather!

All you need is two large sweet potatoes and a few items you probably already have in stock in the pantry like salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne. I love using fresh rosemary from the garden; however, a couple of tablespoons of dried rosemary will also do the trick!

Rosemary contains lots of vitamins and minerals and can help protect against colds and flu. Sweet potatoes help remove toxins from the body, promote healthy digestion and reduce inflammation. Check out the other East meets West nutrition benefits below!

I only recommend products that I actually own and use. Some of the links you click on are what’s known as “affiliate links”. So if you do buy something I’ll probably earn a few bucks!
