Queen of Quick - Sweet Potato High Anti-Oxidant Brownies
Nutritious sweet potato brownie recipe that's easy to make and full of antioxidants.

Cook Time 40 minutes mins
- **1 cup cooked sweet potato- no skin
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup cacao
- ½ cup maple syrup
- I ripe banana
- 2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- ½ cup Chocolate chips can use any kind
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor.
Process until smooth.
Pour into 8x8 Pyrex dish sprayed with non-stick spray
Add Chocolate chips and swirl into batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
