Queen of Quick - Perfect Peach Applesauce

This is an easy recipe that takes regular applesauce to the next level with peaches, ginger, clove and cinnamon, making it packed with nutrients and health benefits!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pounds of fresh or frozen apples peaches or strawberries
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Sweetener of choice if preferred

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients in large skillet and simmer until soft.
  2. Add in batches to immersion blender (will puree the ginger so you don’t get little pieces)
  3. If you prefer chunky style applesauce, can add 1-2 tsp ground ginger instead)
  4. Serve warm or cold
