Queen of Quick - Oatmeal Apple Raisin Bread
This Oatmeal Apple Raisin Bread is easy, quick and healthy!

- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup no sugar added apple butter
- 3 cups whole oats oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- I cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts can also leave out
Mix wet ingredients with large fork.
Add oatmeal, soda & powder.
Mix well.
Add raisins and nuts.
Stir until well blended.
Put into 4 mini loaf pans or 2 larger loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until springs back when touched.
