Queen of Quick - Oatmeal Apple Raisin Bread

This Oatmeal Apple Raisin Bread is easy, quick and healthy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added apple butter
  • 3 cups whole oats oatmeal
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • I cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped nuts can also leave out

Instructions
 

  • Mix wet ingredients with large fork.
  • Add oatmeal, soda & powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Add raisins and nuts.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Put into 4 mini loaf pans or 2 larger loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until springs back when touched.
