Queen of Quick - Goji Berry Granola Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 heaping cup nut butter
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups of nuts of choice
  • 1/2-2/3 cup goji berries

Method
 

  1. Mix well.
  2. Bake at 350 until golden brown
  3. Turn granola every 10 -12 minutes to distribute cooking and browning.
  4. Bake granola bits about 40 minutes
  5. Bake Flattened granola about 45 -50 minutes or until crunchy
