Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 cups spinach can use fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1-2 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 banana

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and process until well pureed.
