Ingredients

raw grated carrots

cup
diced apple

chopped walnuts
3/4
cup
raisins
Light Mayonaise
Instructions
Cut up apples into small pieces and cover with orange juice or freshly squeezed lemon juice to prevent browning.
Toss carrots, apples,raisins and nuts together.
Moisten with mayonnaise to taste.
Chill beforeserving.
