Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In food processor, blend bananas and dates until smooth
Add nut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon and process together until well blended
As needed: scrape the sides of processor bowl and continue processing until everything is well mixed
Scoop contents of processor into a medium-large bowl
Add oatmeal and using a large spoon mix with the banana nut butter mixture
Stir in nuts and seeds until all is well mixed
On a parchment lined cookie sheet, scoop a scant ¼ cup of oat mixture into your palm and press together to form a ball and the flatten it until it holds together
Put in the middle rack of preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until brown
In a convection oven it takes a bit less time- check after 15 minutes
