Grandma Sonia’s Chunky Passover Cookies
Classic Passover cookies with matza, cinnamon, and nuts. Lightly sweet, easy to make, and perfect for sharing (or stashing).

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 cups matza farfel
- 2 cups matza meal
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup raisins or chocolate chips- optional
Mix all the dry ingredients except sugar. Beat sugar, eggs, oil and orange juice together.
Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix together.
Stir in chopped nuts, raisins and/or chips.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Check at 15 minutes to see if golden.
