Ingredients
- 1 Baby Spinach bag or container- chopped
- 1 Red onion-finely chopped
- 2 cucumbers-chopped small bite size
- 1/2 cup Dried strawberries quartered or can use any dried fruit of choice
- 6 Hard Boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup Honeyed pecans
- Brianna’s Blush vinaigrette
Instructions
- First chop spinach and put in large
- Add chopped cucumber and strawberries
- Before serving add eggs and pecans
- Toss ingredients gently to mix
- Add vinaigrette to just lightly dress the salad-
