This Queen of Quick Cooking granola recipe is one of my favorites to make for a healthy, nutritious and delicious snack to last us the whole week. The added benefit of making your own granola is that you don’t have to worry about any processed ingredients and can play with the recipe however you like.
The added goji berries in this particular granola recipe provide many great healthy benefits from emotional balance to reproductive system regulation. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) they help support the energy of the lungs, kidneys and liver. Supporting the liver leads to healthy detoxification of the body. In Western Nutrition, they are packed with antioxidants and help strengthen immunity.
